Our shipping & returns policy

We currently only ship our products within the UK

Tracked delivery standard parcel 

All orders are dispatched with our preferred courier/s. Currently this is Royal Mail or Evri. Parcels and are normally delivered within 2-3 working days after dispatch,but may take up to 5 working days during busy periods. Your parcel will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. 

Tracking details will be provided by couriers with an exact time and date for your delivery, either by SMS or email.

Need to cancel/amend your order?

Your order will be packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days and therefore cannot guarantee cancellations or amendments to your order. 

Refunds 

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order then you can send it back to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Items must be in the exact condition they were received - we unfortunately cannot accept returns on candles that have been lit or burnt. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage.

Damaged item 

Although your item/s are always packed with care, sometimes breakages can occur .

Please email us at tallyho@tullygeorge.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the damage within 14 days of purchase.

Once the damage has been assessed you will be given the option of receiving a replacement product as soon as possible, or a full refund. Refunds and replacements will be provided at our discretion.

If you’ve received an incorrect item

Although your item/s are always packed with care, sometimes we can goof. Please email us at tallyho@tullygeorge.co.uk with your order number and photographs of the incorrect item.

You will be given the option of receiving a correct replacement product as soon as possible, or a full refund. Refunds and replacements will be provided at our discretion.
